More than 7000 people visit the museum annually. After seeing the exposition and listening to the tour visitors can learn at least a piece of the great history of space exploration.

Museum guides will help you to study the expositions of the museum, tell you a lot of interesting facts of the history of cosmonautics and the history of Baikonur cosmodrome, inform you about technological processes of preparation of launch vehicles and spacecrafts, share the information about Baikonur cosmodrome activities.

In the museum you can take pictures, try on national costumes in the ethnographic hall and take a video of your visit.

We invite the youngest visitors to game tours.

For fans of puzzles, riddles and search tasks entertaining quests and independent and informative tours are offered.

The museum also offers a town tour. With the help of the guides you can get acquainted with the sights of Baikonur town, learn the history of the town, visit the places connected with the stay of cosmonauts, rocket designers, scientists and politicians of different countries.

Museum guides can accompany you during cosmodrome tour. You will visit launch complexes, assembly and testing buildings, historic places of the cosmodrome. Special routes of visiting launches sites are developed for such kinds of tours. Guides will make your visiting cosmodrome more interesting and informative.

Finally our guests are offered local history tours to the "Korkyt" Memorial complex which is located 80 kms from Baikonur town. On the way to this place the guides will tell about unique history of Syr land and the life of a philosopher, musician, educator of the Turkic peoples Korkyt-ATA and legends connected with him.

Tours are organized both for groups and individually.

The duration of the museum tour is 1-1,5 hour.

The town tour is 1,5-2 hours.

"Korkyt" Memorial complex tour is 3 hours.

The cosmodrome tour is from 3 to 6 hours.

In the museum one can have a lecture during a year. Topics of lectures in 2018 are the following:

- "Star women" (about women astronauts of different countries);

- "Animals in space" (about animals who have been to space);

- "He was such a guy" (about the first world cosmonaut Gagarin);

- "About space for children".

During lectures video films and visual materials are shown.
